Transaction cancellation and product return policy
1. What is stated in this section is subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter: the Law) and its regulations.
2. It is up to the orderer (and not the recipient) to cancel the order made in each of the cases and under the conditions below:
• Cancellation of the transaction before the product is sent to the customer will be without additional charge, and the money she paid for the transaction will be returned to the customer, including the shipping fees. It should be emphasized that financial credit will be given according to what is stated in the law.
• In case of cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer and after receiving the goods from Zadig&Voltaire Israel warehouse, a full monetary credit will be given. However, in the case of Courier Delivery pick up, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit amount.
The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage - with the label on it as received. If the product was returned other than as stated in this section, the orderer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher). It will also be clarified that Zadig&Voltaire Israel will have the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. Also, it is important to emphasize that the item - which has not been used, in its original packaging, with the labels attached to the cuff - can be exchanged within 10 days of receiving it. With the exception of items bought on sale, which must be returned within 4 days of receiving them.
3. Any credit will be transferred to the credit card on which the order was made only, and in accordance with the schedules and procedures of the credit company.
4. It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions and/or end of season can be returned within two days of receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
5. No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration has been paid, such as promotions or gifts.
6. For products that were sold at a discount as part of a sale and the customer expressed an interest in returning them - the customer will receive a refund minus 5% of the item's value or a refund in the amount of NIS 100 - the cheapest of them. As for products that were sold at a discount as part of a sale for which the customer expressed an interest in receiving a credit for use On the website (credit) - the value of the credit will be equal to the original amount you paid, without deduction.
7. Against underwear products, including swimwear, socks, bras, the possibility of receiving a monetary credit will not be given. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health, lower parts of swimwear cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
8. For a product purchased for an amount less than NIS 50, you will not be given the option to receive a refund.
9. How to return the products - the orderer will send the product back as detailed on the page attached to each delivery package. Alternatively, the customer can ask the website management and/or the supplier (as above) to send a courier to her home to collect the product and return it at her sole expense.
10. A request to convert credit for a purchase on the website to a monetary credit will be accepted up to two weeks from the day the actual credit is given.
11. Items bought on the website can also be returned to the flagship store in Tel Aviv. Items purchased in the store will be returned to the store only.
Supply and deliveries
1. The delivery of the products to the buyers is carried out through courier companies within the promised delivery time, within four business days from the day of purchase excluding Friday, Saturday and/or holidays and/or cases of congestion that depend on the courier company. Also, failure to comply with delivery time is not a reason to cancel a transaction.
2. Zadig&Voltaire Israel l undertakes to pack and ship the orders within two business days to the requested destination. The orders will be sent via a courier company that delivers to most parts of the country within four business days. If you cancel the shipment after it leaves the delivery company and/or you refuse to accept the shipment from the courier company, you will have to pay a fee of 50 NIS for the delivery.
3. Zadig&Voltaire Israel cannot take responsibility for delays of the various shipping companies, but will be at your disposal to try to solve any problem.
4. The delivery dates listed above do not apply to products that are out of stock.
5. The ordered products will be delivered after the purchase process has been completed, provided that the order was received within the time frame of the transaction as defined on the requested product page, provided that the ordering party owns a valid credit card that can be debited and settled in Israel, and provided that the credit card company that issued it approved the transaction.
6. The amount of the shipping fee will appear at the end of the order process under the items the customer has chosen to purchase and will be charged when the order is placed. In the case of a payment transaction, shipping fees may be charged as part of the first payment.
Exchange policy
If you are not satisfied with the size and/or of the item you bought, or for any other reason you wish to exchange it for another item - you can do so easily. It is important to emphasize that the item - which has not been used, in its original packaging - can be returned within 10 days of receiving it. With the exception of items bought on sale, which can be exchanged within four days, from the day of receipt. For the exchange, you must coordinate with customer service, and state the reason for the exchange . The payment for exchange / return shipping is on the customer. You can also go to the store directly and exchange or return the items.
Return policy
If you are not interested in the item you received, you can return it to us and receive credit on the site without validity, or a refund provided that the item is physically returned to the store within 48 hours of receiving it. In the case of cancellation of a transaction for any reason, there is a charge of a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
It will be clarified that in the case of couriers, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit. In order to return the item, you must send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it, and make sure that it has not been used in any way and that no defect/damage has occurred. Also, it should be emphasized that the label and cuff that came with the item must be on it in its entirety at the time of return. In case the item was purchased at a discount, it must be returned within four working days to receive a credit and within two days to receive a refund.
Items that appear in the sale category - in the event that the return was not made due to a defect or discrepancy, by virtue of the consumer protection regulations (cancellation of a transaction), a cancellation fee will be charged at a rate of 5% of the amount of the transaction up to NIS 100, whichever is the lower. Items purchased for an amount less than 50 NIS H. It is not possible to receive a monetary credit, but a credit without validity on the site.
You can receive a refund or credit only from the moment we received the items.
In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health, lower parts of swimwear, underwear, socks and jewelry cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
Perfumes cannot be returned and/or exchanged after opening the original packaging.
You can also exchange or return items bought in Israel only. Any item that has been bought in a Zadig & Voltaire store abroad cannot be exchanged or returned in Israel, and no warranty or after sale care will be given in Israel.
Items bought on sale can be returned up to two days from the day of receipt.

You will receive the credit subject to the credit company's policy and no later than 28 days from the day the item arrives at our offices, exclusively to the credit card from which the order was placed. There is no need to contact the credit company in order to cancel the transaction - we will already take care of it for you.
